How it works
House of Fringes customers can invite friends and family using their unique referral link.
When an eligible new customer uses a referral link, they receive a $10 discount to use on their first House of Fringes order of $50 or more. The discount is applied to that qualifying first purchase at checkout. Once the referred customer's qualifying order is verified and approved, the referring customer earns $20 in House of Fringes store credit.
Who can receive the $10 discount?
The referred friend must be an eligible first-time House of Fringes customer and meet the minimum purchase requirement of $50.
The referral offer is intended for genuine new customers and may not be used for self-referrals, duplicate accounts or other attempts to obtain rewards improperly.
How much can I earn?
Referrers receive $20 in store credit for every approved qualifying referral. There is no set limit on genuine qualifying referrals.
For example, three approved qualifying referrals would earn $60 in store credit.
When will I receive my reward?
Referral rewards are subject to order validation and a review period. Store credit will be issued only after the qualifying order has met the applicable conditions and has been approved.
What happens if an order is cancelled or refunded?
Cancelled, refunded, fraudulent or otherwise ineligible orders may not qualify for referral rewards. Rewards that are still pending review may be declined where the qualifying conditions are no longer met.
Can referral discounts be combined with other offers?
Referral discounts cannot be combined with other discount codes where the programme's combination rules prohibit this.
How can I use my store credit?
Approved rewards are issued as Shopify store credit and are available for use towards future purchases through the applicable customer account and checkout.
Can I refer myself?
No. Self-referrals, duplicate accounts, misleading referral activity and abuse of the scheme are not permitted.
Referral term changes
House of Fringes reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue the programme where reasonably necessary, subject to applicable law and existing customer rights.
