Shipping policy
Dispatch
Every garment is fringed to order. We aim to dispatch within 3–5 business days (Monday–Thursday). Loose fringe is usually cut and sent within 2-3 business days.
International shipping (outside the UK)
Tracked shipping is a flat $9.99 on all orders, and free on orders over $99.
Delivery is usually within 3–5 business days, from dispatch. Parcels can occasionally be held at customs; if so, please allow a further week..
Customs and import duties
We currently cover import duties for the US and Canada. If an order is returned to us, the refund will be less the shipping and customs charges we paid on it.
UK shipping
Tracked delivery is £3.50 on all orders, and free on orders over £75. Delivery is usually within 1–3 working days of dispatch.
Refunds will not be issued for lost packages until at least eight weeks have passed from the dispatch date (International Orders). A refund will only be issued once the whereabouts of the parcel have been investigated and the parcel appears to be lost.
House of Fringes accepts no responsibility for any losses incurred by delayed delivery for whatever reason.
House of Fringes also accepts no responsibility for any fees/taxes/duty that may accrue on the merchandise when it clears Customs and Border Protection. These are the responsibility of the recipient if they apply. As the law varies by the country, we can not provide a customs estimate.
Your parcel may be returned to us by the postal service for the following reasons;
- The customer supplied an incorrect or incomplete address
- The recipient did not claim the package
If this is the case and you would like the parcel to be resent, you must pay for all shipping expenses. Our reshipping fee is $20 for international orders (Outside the UK). You must also provide us with a complete alternative address.
If you prefer not to have the items resent, we will process a refund for your purchase, deducting a 25% restocking/handling fee. Please note that the original shipping costs are non-refundable.
If the order were returned in error by the postal service, the package would be resent for free
